C&B collaborates with some schools in internship activities and other initiatives as part of PCTO - Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation. In particular, the company welcomes pupils from Mechatronics and Energy of Industrial Technical Institutes and Maintenance and Technical Assistance of Vocational Institutes. Internships are also a chance to get to know each other, an opportunity to develop transversal and professional skills and make more informed study or work choices at the end of their schooling many pupils who have been hosted as interns in the past are now our collaborators.
